The idyllic setting of the holiday villa in the South of France where Sally and her husband Matt have invited some friends for a holiday is shattered by a robbery, one of a series in the area. Further turmoil is caused when Sally is arrested for the crimes, then for a murder. Sally has everything. Why should she steal? Yet all the evidence says she is guilty. Will her husband and her friends stick by her, or will help come from another source?
Author's Notes This is an unusual setting - the interior of a villa in the south of France - but there's no real reason why it should not be set in any location where people are on holiday. Sally is the unknowing victim of the story, manipulated by her husband to commit crimes she is unaware of. Sensitive local police clear up the crimes, leaving a bitter taste of guilt. No feelgood factors for me! Past Productions I have recently started adding production photos, posters, etc. If your group has done this play and have any I can use, please contact me.
